Multiple bed arrangements
Dear all,
I have 5 bedrooms, all of them have bed systems that can either become single beds (so I can list 12 single beds) or become double both in fixed connections and linen (so I can have 5 king size and 2 singles), or furthermore arrange 3 doubles and 6 singles etc. I haven't found an option to describe that and if I list them as doubles, I am losing bookings for singles and vice versa.
Anyone has a solution at hand ?

Yes, you can do the following setup: Go to Property - Room Details
Then set up the rest like this:
After which, ask BDC to enable single use rates for your room types, therefore you will be able to sell the rooms for a single use.
That should be the full solution.

It seems I don't have the same menus ....
Well, Harry. Your property is registered as an apartment, therefore you cannot do this setup as this type of setup is only possible for minimum a guesthouse/pension/boutique hotel.
Because each room is stand alone with its own bathroom, that's why you can have it registered as a different type of property.
Overall, you have to do this in another way, but I don't know the exact layout of your property.

thanks for your time, I will analyse the layout, any suggestions are welcome.
I have registered my property as a villa. Actually the land is 10,000sqr.m. with two buildings, the main house and a separate guest house both sharing a large pool. I only rent it as a whole.
The main house has one bedroom ensuite with two single beds 200x100 which can be joined to become a huge 200x200.
There are also two other rooms with the same bed systems that share a bathroom.
There is another bedroom with three single beds and its own bathroom that can be setup either as three singles or one double and one single.
The guest house has another bedroom with three single beds and its own bathroom that can be setup either as three singles or one double and one single.
Linen is available for any setup and I rent the place regardless the people staying in.
If you find any solution to my weird problem I will be greatfull !

You said it yourself, the issue. You rent it as a whole, therefore you cannot make such setups.
