I suggest following Booking.com's advise. When you've registered the propety, Booking.com has a long checklist for for you to follow to ensure your property looks attractive to the guests. Such as ensuring you have Good Quality Photos on your page, allocating the photos to specific places on the property so the guests can get an idea of what it would be like if they visited.
Just go through your Property tab and ensure you've completed all the details there, that should already be a good start.
