PROPERTY ID VERIFICATION ERROR/ WRONG CODE
I received an email with the a 7-digit Property ID, but when i type it in the extranet I get the error prompt/wrong code notification. It says the code i need to encode is only 6-digits.
Been trying to contact the Philippine partner support at +6329882040 (EN) / +6329882020 (TL) but the is only get the voice prompt "All circuits are busy now." They don't have an email either because my intranet does not contain an inbox where i can create messages.
Is there any support group email add?
Please help. I need my property to go live ASAP.
