Payment - refused

I am a host and my payment for September is refused. I have money on my account, so that is not a problem. What can be the problem?

How exactly did you try to settle the payment? Make sure that Receivers name is as registered by Booking in your country. Write to Finance in your Extranet and ask complete name and bank account information

I used the same card as always for online paying, I even tried using another one. Both were refused and today is the last day for paying. I don't know how to contact anyone in booking to give me some directions.

Hey Andjelija Trajkovic ,

To contact Booking.com you can send them a direct message via your Extranet. Go to Inbox -> Booking.com messages and send your message through there.

There should also be a phone nr there for you to phone if you need to speak to someone.

Dear Andjelija,

Meanwhile, you can contact your bank and ask if they have blocked outgoing payments towards BDC.

Sometimes banks do that when they see recurring payments towards the same account.

Although they should call you and ask about it (as they do here), but there have been cases.

I had the exact amount of money on the account, but there should have been more because there must be some amount of money left after you pay. That's why my card was refused. As soon as I added extra funds, the card was accepted. Thank you all for help and info!

i try to my payment by visa card but booking.com couldnot accept .so difficulty for payment.
