Failure to send messages to booking.com with the extranet
Since our property joined booking.com we have never been able to send any message to booking.com under the topic "reservations". With or without attachment the "send" button is just not responsive.
Any tip in this respect ?

Sjoe, yes that's not good. You are going to:
Inbox -> Booking.com messages
If you can't send it from there, you should give them a call so they can activate it for you.

Please help me i just need to reach them through emails/messages because i couldn`t call them ,am in zanzibar their in south Africa...because i have a issue that i paid my curmission invoice of Dec,since 13 Jan but still showing me outstanding bill.
