My property is not showing as available?

Hi there

 

I have just updated my calendar but my property is showing as not available - please could you let me know what I can do about this?

Hi Lisa and welcome to the forum.

In your calendar you will see the red, green and yellow colors. Use Bulk option on the left to set dates and make them look green.

Also, make sure you use correct Number of rooms. If they are set to zero, nothing will work.

Thanks for the feedback but I can't seem to see it - maybe it because I am on a MAC - ill left a message and hoping that someone from Customer Service will call me back soon - thanks for your assistance

I am having the same problem. Everything has been input correctly.

Also my booking is only showing capacity for 1 when it should be 8

If you have opened your rooms and still have problems I would suggest you to call your local BDC office. The will assist you on the spot.

I think contacting the BDC is the best solution for this matter. I also had that problem. After that they solved that problem.

Mashi it’s nice to hear that BDC has support you since many hosts have complaints about help support.

Well I guess in some countries help center doesn’t have good service.

We are also lucky Mashi. Our help center not only answer our questions but try to encourage us with our new tasks.
