Did we get a manual from BDC when setting up our listing?
If that is the case, why do we spend our precious time answering all those questions and BDC has paid staff galore to do this? I am getting frustrated, to be honest.
Of course it's fun to meet many different hosts around the globe. But if you look at the sheer work hours we have put in as hosts and as forum members, it is getting out of proportion.
I am also frustrated by the huge amount of people who keep repeating the same questions, and especially the ones who are not getting any response from BDC help-desk after putting all their hard work in and doing everything correctly.
I think this needs addressing. I am one of those that can't stand injustice.
BDC has all the resources to set things up in a clear, simple and self-explanatory way.
