Booking Cancellation # *** Hotel St Clair
Dear Booking.com
We had a booking (#***) for 2 nights 12/03/2019 and 13/03/2019, unfortunately they had to leave early in the morning (13/03/2019).
They came to Dunedin because their son needed a surgery, the hospital cancelled the surgery suddenly.
They apologize for that, was seriously something completely unexpected.
We know Booking policy, however we believe that we can cancel 13/03/2019 night. as exemption.
