Me and my Thai wife are using our properties as a hobby while we love to travel. That is the short version. Open to conversations and opportunities as well as education on improving on our journey through life together. Updated March 31, 2019 while in Argentina - Waiting for contact from Booking.com on a couple of matters while also having some phone and other issues traveling, can this be done while on the road these days or?
WOW some great comments and ideas and feedback here. Fluff - we always try to get honest and sincere communications but that seems to be penalized often in the real world and then PUSHING THE ENVELOPES seems to be a better way to do things lately, taking a more short term approach but I am an old guy and labeled "suspicious" and I can be.......let the buyer beware is often a cliche that comes to mind? So will keep this short - and then COMMUNITY versus one on one and WHEN is always an issue for me? There was mention of a channel manager that dragged me through the whole thread and THAT IS REALLY what we need, tried one and it was MORE WORK and ISSUES than HELPING or so it seemed? But being small maybe leaned towards too small a company and they are still growing and developing and do not have the resources or to produce.

Glad to see the top contributor and the response. Can we suggest or understand when dual language will be there? We ALL seem to be making slow progress and we understand the difficulties, I guess similar to all of the issues that are occurring around the world. So DUAL LANGUAGE is GREAT if POSSIBLE. Have apps that have plugins and have seen ads for working towards this too......and then can use the Google Translate with cut and paste but TIME IS THE DEAL for ALL I FEEL? Or am I just an English Speaking guy that is always going too fast and need to take a more worldly approach and take more time to smell the roses??? Peace, love, happiness and understanding and seeing a little bit of the communities from different parts of the world, but like everything pulling it all off with no glitches .....
This to me seems to need a bit more clarifications and information? And then it does not come from Booking.com so what is the validity? It is nice to help one another and we certainly like that. I don't know how to put it a bit nicer and simpler too and not spend too much time? M Adamopoulou I do not know how you post so much and still run the business? Are you compensated in any way from Booking.com? better listing publications?
Any way to edit a comment? Also, we have property in California USA too. And are trying to help Mom and Dad and ourselves with a VILLAGE EXPERIENCE in Esan, the northeast of Thailand. Which is where the property for the Dream Resort is - Elefante Blanco ( patent pending submission)

Back again as we are taking a down day and doing a little catch-up and relaxing. Some changes to the website and as always we struggle a bit to get it to work FOR US......and EASILY. Change is life we know, but there seems to be a bit too many errors? So tried the link again today M Adamopoulou but still not working. How is your business? Ours is off a bit with few bookings and listing and payment issues SLOWLY getting solved.

Are you a moderator and do you and M Adamopoulou have better access to the staff? I notice very many interesting things and comments and then see that this is OUR forum right? But booking.com has some rules and control, as I quickly read it. FAST AND CORRECT ANSWERS are what we want in today's world, correct? So there is CONSTANT changes and errors on all sides, can we agree? How to handle? So obviously from the comments there are COUNTRY issues involved in many ways? We have an UNPAID INVOICE but also many issues with the site and app, trying to get a SIMPLE ACCOUNTING and not having any luck? So updating this SPACE and hoping for help and will reach out again, but we are a multinational couple and that presents issues around the world and I am seeing some possible bias and discrimination versus attitudes and expereinces and business choices.......so I must admit I am a bit confused, so posting a reply and seeking help and advice and next looking for my prior posts. I get a WHOLE BUNCH OF EMAILS as I try to learn from the BEST...... M Adamopoulou you are great and nice but wondering how to be more efficient of our end as this is more of a hobby than a business at this point for sure.
Very interesting comments and responses. Like everything it is simple and easy. Isn't it all just business but some of us are small operators without much inventory and that has an impact more. Travel and Lodgings have many factors involved and then there was mention of holidays. But doesn't it all get down to supply and demand?
