Joey of course being polite in every way doesn’t hurt. Saying thank you, hello, good morning is a must and makes communication easier. Thanks for pointing it out...

    Brilliant!

    THANK YOU Joey

I recently picked that up also. That you will go out of your way, take screenshots etc and you won't even get a small "thnx" nevermind a proper expression of appreciation. But I think it has to do with a lot of first time posters assuming that we work for Booking.com... and that's just as scary. You always thank  a person regardless of where they work or who they are.

The thank you I normally take is knowing that I maybe helped.

You know what we must suggest to Laura and team? Linking your name to a thumbs up.

Well you're clocking up some now! :-)

I totally agree. As I said in the foreign language thread, trouble taken to make a direct answer AND in another language and.... nothing.

Most the regular crew here are sporting given-thanks badges and state their gratitude in their subsequent replies, this is how it should be and mostly is here.

Keep up the good work and banter folks.
