I've got a client in my unit this weekend. 6-9 March 2020- ***.
They played their music very, very loud-and the rules are that they cannot make a noise after 10:00 (21:00) at night. They had 2 warnings already from the security guards. They don't want to listen and obey the rules.
They are screaming and talking so loud- that the other hoiliday guests are complaining. The estate board give a penalty to the owner for rules that is not obeyed.
We phoned the and tried to stop them. If they don't obey we will have to take it further.
Since this is only a Partner Community we cannot delete your property but you can yourself close all your rooms in your Calendar so guests cannot make reservations.

Please I have this guest who had booked my place and they are not coming anymore I spoke to her and *** said that she was excepting guest who didn’t show up here is her reservation no *** her phone no ***,so I can’t relocate pple who are absent sorry

I have problem with my Pulse application. I can not see my reservations. My primary account does not have my properties list *like I am new at booking ,bu I have tree apartments to Booking.
It is very urgent because I can not see reservations, and my apartments are open in Booking.

I think you should call your local booking.com office and report this situation and maybe report guests a misconduct.
Maybe calling the police would make them understand that they should lower the noise during quiet hours.
