Why all guests are booking our property although they live in other countries
Since last month, all guests were booked from other countries however our property setup in India,
why there mess or miscommunication to guests while booking
please resolve this as soon as possible
It could be coincidently done.
Check if a friend (in India) can book say six weeks ahead of time. They can cancel after. That way you know.
If not coming through, check with your department in India.
Or write via Login to Extranet / Inbox / message what is happening, and they should come back to you.
