Problems with booking my property
I received ythis message. "Because we're dedicated to being a safe platform for both customers and partners, we've temporarily disabled non-refundable and prepayment policies. As soon as we can give you access to them, we'll let you know."
I don´t understand why.. I received a email that everything was in order to see my property, but when i try to book a date y says that there is no availibility in my property¿? c

yeah that is a standard message you can wait until after first booking or ring support and ask to join the Payments by booking.com instead.

Share your property link so we can also check and let you know... A few days ago another partner had the same problem and when checking everything was working perfect....
