One thing I try and do if I have the same problem is to try and find a similar accommodation in your local are and let the guest know of the new option. That way you can at least be helpful to the guest when you give them the bad news.
Hi, We are still reciving Reservations despite we have closed Booking 4 Reservations. As always is imposible to contact someone from booking over the Phone
