Three "No Shows" in the first month
Three "No Shows" in the first month with booking.com, states that there is something wrong!
We are so frustrated, we want to tell booking.com what to do with their service but decorum will prevail
Hoping this has been resolved previously

It's nothing wrong with BDC. Perhaps guests are the problem or your flexible policies.
Set your policies strict, activate "Payments by BDC", take pre-payments, getyourself a POS terminal, ect ect.. many preventable options..
You have received excellent advice from pibomarco. I had a similar problem, but not so severe, before and switched to Payments by BDC online. Love it. You should consider this option.
