Unable to clear out a booking.com message
- Good Evening.
I'm the sales manager at the Ramada Hotel Minneapolis Golden Valley. I handle the reviews and messages via the extranet. I have been unable to clear out the message after I responded. Due to this, it constantly states I have a pending message. Would you be able to assist me with a resolution? I attached a snapshot of it and attached it to this message.

IT is a glitch that sometimes occurs, simply use CTRL+F5 to clear cache on browser to see if that help.
